Weight Loss Motivation Introduction

My name is Robert E Bartram, and as well as being a Pilates Instructor I'm also a qualified Hypnotherapist. Over the years I have helped hundreds of clients lose weight by using a combination of hypnosis, sensible goal-setting, advice on healthy eating and exercise and the help of my wife, Carol, who is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist.

If there is one secret to losing weight that most people don't realise exists, it’s this; Where The Mind Goes, The Body Will Follow. In other words, if your mind-set is wrong it doesn't matter what you try to do. In the end you will fail.

 

Sure, you may get some short-term success - but if your goal is long term fat loss, then if your mind isn't “framed” right, it won’t work for you.

This has been proved many times over - how many people do you know that have lost large amounts of weight and then a short time later have put the weight back on? And maybe a bit more too? That’s Yo Yo dieting. Distressing and eventually harmful to your system, and sadly, very, very widespread.

I’m going to show you how NOT to be like that. The motivation articles on these pages will show you clearly and simply what you need to do to successfully and safely shed your excess pounds and – more importantly – keep them off.
